Annually, we hold a meeting with carnauba producers with the objective of providing information on formalization of work and labor rights in order to combat poor and unjust working condition. The objective is increasing the number of workers with a formal contract in the carnauba production chain, through actions that bring knowledge about the subject.
During the meeting, we also provided training to producers on topics related to the carnauba production chain, such as environmental preservation, worker health and safety.
